The Banquet Center at East Chicago Marina is connected to our newly renovated Boardwalk Grille.  This beautiful, waterfront facility is available year round for hosting private parties, wedding receptions, company meetings, holiday celebrations or other special occasions.  The Banquet Center features two separate rooms that can accommodate up to 120 people per room and offers competitive pricing.

2011 RENTAL AND RATE FEES FOR BANQUET FACILITIES

(Fees per party/event unless otherwise indicated)

Room Rental for Halls (5 hour maximum) $300; $75 each additional hour
Deposits for Rental – $100
Special Set Ups – $100 (i.e. wedding ceremonies on boardwalk, etc)
Bartender Fee – $75 up to 5 hours per bartender; $20 each additional hour per bartender

Special Room Rates for tax exempt entities* and day meetings between 7a – 4p

Hourly up to 4 hours – $25
Daily or over 4 hours – $150
*Proof of tax exemption is required for these rates to apply.
